0.18 µm generic  standard cell libraries in  technology processes TSMC, UMC, CSM and DongBu foundries.  Both the core library and I/O core libraries are compatible with Catena Software's LAYTOOLS products.  

Library consisting of bi-directional in-put/out-put cells, spacer cells, corner cells, VDD and VSS cells.  The Minilib  is a perfect compliment with LAYTOOLS products and is affordable priced.  Standard cell library in  0.18 µm technology process.
